The service includes features such as itinerary generation, visual editing, client portals, templates, and white-label PDF exports.
2. Account Registration
To use GoJoy Pro, you must:

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Charges are processed at the beginning of each billing period.
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at support@gojoy.today. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. No refunds are provided for cancellations after the 30-day period.
No Cancellation Fees: We do not charge fees for canceling your subscription.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Rights: GoJoy Pro, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Rights: You retain all rights to the content you create using GoJoy Pro (itineraries, client data, etc.). We do not claim ownership of your content.
